Du 1er au 24 f\u00e9vrier 1999, ISEA a offert des ateliers de cr\u00e9ation web \u00e0 des artistes de Dakar, en vue de r\u00e9aliser des oeuvres multim\u00e9dias, francophones et africaines pour l\u2019internet.<\/p>

Cinq projets de cr\u00e9ation ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par une vingtaine d\u2019artistes professionnels oeuvrant dans les diverses disciplines de l\u2019audio, des arts visuels et de la litt\u00e9rature.<\/p>

Tenu au Metissacana, le premier cyber-caf\u00e9 d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest, le projet DAKAR WEB a \u00e9t\u00e9 dirig\u00e9 par trois artistes montr\u00e9alais :
Eva Quintas, photographe et initiatrice du projet pour ISEA;
Michel Lefebvre, \u00e9crivain et r\u00e9alisateur multim\u00e9dia;
